Did it work? If not, contact us at training@cal-esar.org and describe your problem.
To make troubleshooting easier, you may give us permission to edit your profile as describe in the next section.

Giving group organizers permission to edit your profile

Hey! The group organizers are telling me they cannot edit my profile? Why?

When you create your AirSet profile with name, address, and phone numbers, you need to allow the Cal-ESAR application access to your information. Giving us permission to edit your profile means we can see and fix problems. Here are the instructions for AirSet's manual:

By default, only you can edit your contact/profile. To give group organizers permission to edit your contact/profile:
    1. Click Home to go to your personal cloud
    2. Click Apps > Settings.
    3. Click Basic Profile in the left column under Your Account
    4. Click the Allow Organizers button in the bottom of the right panel.

NOTE: It is up to you. If you choose this option, Cal-ESAR group organizers will be able to edit your contact/profile card and change the fields that are visible to the group. Otherwise, you need to make all changes yourself.

Still can't login?

Send us e-mail at training@cal-esar.org and describe your problem.
